1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom or special-order cabinets may require additional lead time, depending on the complexity and availability.

  • We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Pickup: Available at our warehouse in Tampa, Florida. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

  • Local Delivery: For eligible locations within the Tampa Bay area. Delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

  • Freight Shipping: For larger or out-of-area orders, we ship via third-party freight carriers across the U.S.

Note: We do not currently ship outside the United States.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or quoted by our sales team before confirming the order.

5. Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging and shipping. However, in the rare event your item is damaged in transit:

  • Take clear photos of any damage to the packaging or product.

  • Report damage to returns@cabinettampa.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Keep all packaging materials as the shipping carrier may require inspection.

6. Undeliverable or Delayed Orders

  • If a delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or weather conditions, we are not liable for such delays.

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts or storage by the freight company.
